These include handmade spinach pie, cheese pie, toast accompanied with potato chips, slices of the famous tomatoes and cucumber of Santorini, pizza, boiled or fried eggs, a special Greek cream pie called bοugatsa, chocolate, cake, pasteli (a Greek brittle with sesame and honey or nuts, almonds or pistachios), yogurt with fruits… and even more! Three or four of these delicacies are offered to her guests almost every day in the morning. For Maria, this is another field of inspiration, another work of art.
