    Maria shares personalized recommendations for hidden beaches, local restaurants, traditional taverns, bars, and unique boutiques, helping guests experience Santorini like locals rather than visitors.

    Sunset Studio and Sunset Cave are located next door and can be combined with Traditional Apartment for larger groups requiring additional bedrooms and a second bathroom.

    Santorini’s water comes from desalinated sea water and is safe for everyday use.

    For hot water:

    • Switch the water heater on before showering.
    • Water heats within approximately 5–7 minutes.
    • Please switch the heater off before entering the shower.

    We are not sure which we liked more, the property or the host! The area was very clean, beautiful, in a great location, and all together wonderful. Maria was friendly, kind, and hospitable. We were offered complimentary wine and snacks to watch the sunset and dessert the second night.

    Maria, the greatest host I’ve ever had in all my reservations through years. Maria’s apartment (cave) is so beautiful, cozy, and traditionally greek. Wow. The bed and pillows are great, as is the sofa. The cave is so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is impressive. The snacks Maria had for us were tasty and the wine and snacks in the terrace were also very delicious, as were the fruits she offered us. There is breakfast included in the price that consisted of bread, cheese, ham, toast, butter, peanut butter, milk and several cereals individually packed. This was great and allowed us to take a very quick breakfast in no time. Maria communicates very quickly and was attentive to every question we had. Islam is a great guy who was always very kind, helpful, and attentive. Maria had so many amazing details with us, that I will remember this great stay forever. I thank Maria deeply for letting us stay at her cave. She’s the greatest of all hosts!!

    Maria is wonderful host. Very easy to communicate with and immediately responsive to help with all matters. This property was plenty roomy for my spouse and I (a bedroom plus a living/dining area and a kitchen), plus access to a deck for a very pleasant relaxation late afternoon/early evening. Maria and her team keep the premise very perfectly clean!! Location is perfect for both sunset viewing and easy access into all of Oia by foot. Maria’s team is onsite every day to answer any questions. 5 stars for Maria as a host!!

    The terrace has the best sunset view. The apartment location is the best with all main tourist places nearby. There were many candles provided in the room with a wine bottle which was great for our romantic honeymoon stay at night. Maria is a nice host and very friendly. I would recommend this place to stay.

    The best thing about this house is without doubt it’s amazing rooftop terrace! It’s a beautiful place to see the Santorini Sunset. Maria’s hospitality is also superb and Giannis is also very very helpful! They went above and beyond to give us a hand with things. The inside of the house is also very charming with its own jacuzzi on the lower terrace. I would definitely recommend! The location is so close to Oia centre too!! We didn’t have to walk far to get to the centre. It was great!
