I traveled with three friends to Santorini and stayed at Maria’s Paradise cave. The cave itself was great – very unique. The living space was large, the kitchen was well stocked upon arrival, and the view from the porch is absolutely breathtaking. But even better than the view or the cave was the host. Maria sat with us for an hour upon arrival and gave us the secrets to Santorini, all while we drank wine and ate fruit that Maria had brought for us. In the morning, we had marmalade that Maria had made for us, and then met up with Maria later to watch the sunset. The cave is also filled with art that Maria created herself. But Maria’s true art is being an amazing host – she made the whole experience for us! I can’t recommend her enough. Thanks Maria!
