This cave home is so cute and comfortable. Even cuter is Maria the hostess/owner. She greeted us at the parking lot and walked us back to the villa, all while telling us the little secret places to visit in Santorini. She explained everything from how the water heater works (we stayed in Athens for two day and never knew how it worked #brrr#showers) Maria had this villa stocked from coffee to yogurts, to meats and cheeses, wine for her guests, radio for music, canopy bed and a cool little cellar like room that drops 2.5 meters down in the ground, pretty cool. She put up a “LOVE” balloon at our patio table for us to watch the sun set. FYI We are not newly weds or anything, she is a romantic at heart and very sweet. The cave home was magnificently decorated by her very own pieces of art. Plenty of space for up 5 people, 2 full size beds, and two sofas that could be slept on. We highly recommend this place for families or couples. It is by far one of the best villas to see the famous sun sets and it has amazing views.
